Structured wire is in all rooms for broadband internet, telephone, television, smoke and motion detectors.
Walls are nicely textured with light earth tone colors to complement the beautiful ceramic floor tile and attractive wood base and ceiling moldings. Good-looking light fixtures are included. Indoor floors are ceramic due to the climate and patios are tiled with ceramic or all-weather material.
 Windows have all-weather frames that slide vertically. All windows have double panes that open and have screening. Large comfortable terraces make it an ideal setting for barbeques and entertaining.
Furniture and curtains can be purchased at a variety of local stores in the Liberia area or in the capital city of San José (120 miles). Our interior designers can assist you in decorating and furnishing your house just the way you want it.
